CAMPING PERMITS & REGULATIONS

Camping permits must be reserved for both the Boundary Waters Canoe Area and Quetico Park. One permit is good for up to 9 people for both U.S. and Canadian trips. There are a limited number of permits issued per day at each entry point. Due to the heavy weekend traffic, it is much easier to get a permit mid-week. We will make all necessary arrangements for your permit as soon as we receive your reservation. Permits are reserved on a first come basis, so the sooner you set your dates, the better chance of us getting your preferred date and entry point.

BWCA Camping fees:Canoe trip
$10 per adult per trip
$5.00 per senior
$5.00 youth up to 17 years old

A BWCA season pass may be purchased for $40.00 for adult and $20.00 for youth.
Permits must still be acquired with a season pass.

Quetico Provincial Park camping fees:
$16.00 Cdn. per person per night.
$6.00 Cdn. Ages 17 or younger per night.

There is a $20.00 service fee for each BWCA and Quetico permit application processed.
