How to Pack For A Minnesota Canoe Trip
Canoe Camping – What Do I Pack?
Keep your personal items to a minimum. Remember, you have to haul everything you bring, and you may need to portage your canoe from time to time. Keeping your packing light is essential to a good trip. When packing your clothing, think about what will dry quickly and what will be the lightest when wet. Loose fitting layers are good, especially after a long day in the sun or wind. Lightweight sweats are great for evenings around the campfire.
Reminder – If you pack it in, you pack it out, so keep your packing list light. Reserve your trip today!
